The Center for Paleontology Research and Education, Mahasarakham University, participated in the “National Science and Technology Fair 2024” on August 16-25, 2024 at Impact Muang Thong Thani.

On 16-25 August 2024, the “National Science and Technology Fair 2024” was held at Impact Muang Thong Thani, Building 9-12. Ms. Supamas Isaraphakdi, Acting Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), presided over the press conference for the National Research Fair 2024, which the National Research Office (NRCT) has scheduled to hold on 26-30 August 2024 at Centara Grand Hotel, Central World, to jointly drive national development by using a comprehensive knowledge base of research and innovation in all aspects, in line with the policy and strategy goals of higher education, science, research and innovation.

The Center for Paleontology Research and Education, Mahasarakham University, participated in the lecture workshop activity at the “National Science and Technology Fair 2024”, with Associate Professor Mongkol Utchachan, Director of the Center for Paleontology Research and Education, also participating in the lecture workshop activity at the “National Science and Technology Fair 2024”.

Including promoting research and development in the social, applied science and frontier research to further develop knowledge, technology and innovation. The government therefore supports the organization of the National Science Fair 2024 to promote learning and inspire science, technology and innovation for Thai people of all ages. The operations create an impact from research results, including:

1) Information on the benefits of various plant species for use in the food and beverage business sector
2) Creating sustainability for humans and the environment, avoiding the use of chemicals
3) Responding to global policies in sustainable food consumption (SFS)
4) Driving the grassroots economy, generating income in the community
5) Food Waste reduces increased food loss/food waste
6) Creating Soft Power linking the food, beverage, and tourism businesses

This work will be exhibited at the National Research Expo in the highlighted zone of outstanding works that have achieved tangible results.
